The transformation that I’ve felt within myself during this 4 week program with Krista has been incredible. I feel like a lighter human than I did at the start of our time together. I feel happier and more focused in my every day life which is such a wonderful feeling. I'm starting to see the things I'm capable of and let go of control, shame and judgement.

Within 15 minutes of my first session with her, we had already dug back to the very root of how I’ve modeled my 28 years of living and throughout the rest of our meetings, she gave me the tools to make positive changes in how I view myself and how I treat others.

Krista goes above and beyond with her program. She encourages you to message her realtime feedback of how you’re doing or how you may be feeling and gives coaching advice as time permits.
